1) Shipping will be via Fedex/UPS for small size chandeliers, or via cargo trucking companies for large size chandeliers. Chandeliers are shipped insured. 2) Chandeliers are shipped unassembled or partly assembled. It comes with a standard 6 feet chain and crystal trimming instruction. 3) We usually only ship within continental U.S.. When shipped outside of U.S., customers are responsible for any custom duty and taxes which is due on delivery and payable to the carrier. 4) Shipping charge is 10% for orders inside U.S., 15% for orders inside Canada, 15% for orders inside Mexico.
